Our Hiring Process:

Application Collection:

Preliminary Interviews:

  • 2. Selection for Further Review: Identify candidates who will proceed to the next stage based on the initial interview outcomes.

Background Checks and References:

  • 1. Background Check: Perform background checks on the shortlisted candidates to verify employment history, educational qualifications, and any other pertinent details.
  • 2. Reference Checks: Contact provided references to gather insights into the candidate’s work ethic, performance, and reliability.

Final Selection:

  • 1. Decision Making: Convene the hiring team to discuss and evaluate the interviewed candidates based on all gathered information.
  • 2. Job Offer: Extend a job offer to the selected candidate, detailing the terms of employment, compensation package, and start date.
  • 3. Negotiation: Address any questions or negotiations the candidate may have regarding the job offer.

Onboarding:

  • 1. Acceptance: Once the candidate accepts the job offer, begin the onboarding process.
  • 2. Orientation: Schedule an orientation session to introduce the new employee to UPPC’s policies, procedures, culture, and team members.
  • 3. Training: Provide necessary training and resources to ensure the new employee is well-prepared to perform their job effectively.

Probation and Evaluation:

  • 1. Probation Period: Set a probation period (e.g., 3 to 6 months) during which the new employee’s performance will be closely monitored.
  • 2. Performance Review: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to help the new employee adjust and excel in their role.
