Pain Management

Pain Management

Advanced, evidence-based therapies to relieve chronic and acute pain—so you can live fully again.

About This Service

Chronic and acute pain can severely limit your daily activities and quality of life. Our Pain Management programme combines manual therapy, dry needling, ultrasound, TENS, and therapeutic exercise to identify and treat the root cause of your pain rather than masking symptoms.

Our consultants perform a thorough biomechanical and neurological assessment before designing a personalised treatment plan. We treat conditions including lower back pain, neck pain, headaches, fibromyalgia, joint pain, nerve pain, and post-surgical pain.

Every session is guided by measurable functional goals, and we track your progress closely to adjust the plan as you improve. Our aim is not only to reduce pain but to build lasting resilience so the pain does not return.

1Conditions We Treat

Chronic lower back pain and sciatica
Cervical and thoracic neck pain
Tension headaches and migraines
Fibromyalgia and widespread pain syndromes
Osteoarthritis and joint pain
Neuropathic and nerve-related pain
Post-surgical and post-fracture pain
Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS)

2Treatment Techniques

Our pain management toolkit includes:

Manual Therapy – Hands-on joint mobilisation and soft-tissue techniques to restore normal movement.

Dry Needling – Targeting myofascial trigger points to release deep muscle tension.

Electrotherapy – TENS, ultrasound, and IFT to reduce inflammation and accelerate healing.

Therapeutic Exercise – Graduated strength and flexibility programmes to support long-term recovery.

Postural & Ergonomic Training – Correcting habits that perpetuate pain.

3What to Expect

Your first appointment is a comprehensive assessment lasting 45–60 minutes. We will take a detailed history, perform movement and strength tests, and discuss your goals. From this we create a treatment plan with clear milestones.

Most patients notice significant improvement within 4–6 sessions. We provide a home exercise programme from day one so you can accelerate progress between clinic visits.
