Neurological Rehabilitation
Comprehensive rehab for Parkinson's, MS, brain injury, and other neurological conditions.
About This Service
Neurological conditions can affect movement, balance, coordination, sensation, cognition, and speech. Our Neurological Rehabilitation service addresses the full spectrum of impairments caused by brain and spinal cord disorders, helping patients maximise their functional independence and quality of life.
We use a problem-solving, goal-directed approach guided by current evidence in neuroplasticity and motor learning. Our therapists are experienced in a wide range of neurological conditions including Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury, and hereditary motor neuron disorders.
We also offer specific group exercise classes such as LSVT BIG (for Parkinson's) and hydrotherapy, which provide both therapeutic and social benefits.

Fatigue Management – Energy conservation strategies and pacing programmes for MS and brain injury.
Hydrotherapy – Warm water reduces spasticity, allows movement practice with reduced fall risk, and is deeply therapeutic.
